Revelation 21:4 (NLT) “He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.”

Everything in the word of God points in one everlasting direction–there is a great glorious life the Lord has prepared for all those who love Him.

He has reserved for us an eternal home better than anything we could ever dream of or imagine. All of this is waiting for us in the world yet to come.

In Revelation 21:2 John said, “And I saw the holy city, the new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven like a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.”

What an amazing, glorious, and beautiful home He has prepared for us. As we struggle through each day battling against a world full of sin and corruption, we can rest in the assurance of God’s promises. Our promised land is waiting, and He is coming again, soon, to take us there.
